Join us for a free Food 4 Thought workshop focused on navigating local support and essential resources in Nanaimo. This session offers a practical overview of services you may not know are available — from food banks and food access, to housing programs, veterinary support, and other essential community resources.
The workshop will be led by Poverty Advocacy Nanaimo (PAN), who will share insights into how these services work, how to access them, and how PAN can support individuals navigating financial or housing challenges.
Lunch is provided, and no prior knowledge is needed. This event is open to all students and is a great introduction to understanding and accessing support in our community.
