The Students' Union's annual general meeting will take place on Wednesday, November 30, 2011 at noon in Room 170 or Building 255 on the Nanaimo Campus.

The Students' Union's Annual Report can be found in the State of the University Report published and distributed by VIU. To download a copy of the State of the University Report, follow the attached link and download the document from the VIU President's website.

The general meeting will receive a report from the Students' Union's external auditor and will be asked to ratify the audited financial statements for the 2010-11 fiscal year. Once again the Students' Union has recieved and unqualified audit, meaning that the auditor is satsifed with the Students' Union's bookkkeeping and financial practices. 

Any member unable to attend the general meeting may request to view the audited financial statements. To do so, please email the Director of Internal Relations at internal@viusu.ca.
